Rhonda Parker
Meet Rhonda, she has been a part of Ahead Staffing’s team since 2017 and runs the Portland, TN location.
Rhonda is great at understanding how complex and exhausting the job search can be and aims to simplify the process for both candidates and clients. She prides herself in matching candidates with the right career by building and maintaining a personal connection with each candidate and thoroughly understanding the client’s needs.
Rhonda is an enthusiast for good food and loves spending time with her husband and grandchildren.
Anita Fant
Meet Anita, she has been with Ahead Staffing for 16 years, and is a passionate and enthusiastic leader who believes that anything is possible with Jesus Christ and the right attitude.
As the Operations Manager, Anita leads her team with positivity, energy, and a can-do attitude. With over 15 years of experience in the staffing industry, Anita has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is committed to creating a culture that fosters growth and success for all employees.
When Anita is not busy in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and attending church and bible studies.
Myra McCourt
Myra joined our team in 2021 and is our efficient and organized Executive Staffing Coordinator, a true master of office operations.
With a strong background in customer service and administration, she has a remarkable talent for recruitment. Myra keeps our office running like a well-oiled machine.
When she’s not conquering office tasks, Myra loves cooking, baking, and spending time with her husband and 4 children.
